All sales from our site are final. But if you experiencing damages, lost shipment or other discrepancies please feel free to contact us or CCNOW - our authorized online retailer.

Out-of-stock problems

We do our best to keep all the site information actual You will be notified of every item out-of-stock when you are placing the order.

Credit card processing

We use CCNOW as our online retailer. You can contact them and read their privacy policy at http://www.ccnow.com. They accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.

Shipping

We won't charge your credit card until order is shipped. If the items you order are in stock, your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours of when you placed your order. If there's a major delay, we'll let you know. If any items are backordered we'll contact you to work out shipping arangement. Generally, all items on backorder are marked as such within our catalog. The final delivery date depends on how you far from our main office in Ukraine. Usually it takes a week for shipping worldwide.

Cost of shipping

The shipping cost is 4$ for all countries and all orders. So shipping cost doesn't grow when you buy a lot of items.
